Born in Lima, Peru, Freddys family came to the United States seeking the American dream when he was 3 years old. After a 6 month stay in New York, they moved to Los Angeles, where he was raised. After completing high school in Southern California, he moved to Las Vegas to work in a new family business.
Two years later he joined the US Coast Guard and spent 4 years at various commands throughout the United States. Moving back to Las Vegas after being honorably discharged, he returned to his previous employment as the administrator of a large medical group, with more than 150 employees.
Freddy married Monica in June 2012 blending their family of six, with three boys in high school and one daughter in college. They care deeply about their Las Vegas community, regularly volunteering for various charities. On their free time, they enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, boating, kayaking, dirt bike riding and fishing with their 4 children and their adorable dog Cookie. Their children are involved in many different extracurricular activities and two of their sons will soon be Eagle Scouts.
In 2014, he made the decision to follow his dream and leave the corporate world for his passion of real estate. After a few years learning the sales side of Real Estate, he decided to open a brokerage that is modeled after his sales advisor philosophy, focusing on client education, rather than just trying to make a sale. In November of 2016, he created The Collective Real Estate Advisors.
Freddy has created one company that offers everything real estate, including land, multi-family, commercial, residential and high-rise transactions. His company also offers property management which allows for a seamless transition for investors from purchase to management.
