With a degree from Scripps College in Economics and Accounting, I began my career working in Finance for an S&L, and as an Auditor for Ernst & Whinney and for homeowners associations. As a substitute teacher in Del Mar, I learned first hand what makes our schools strong. I also gained valuable understanding of residential home development as Chair of the Project Review Committee for the Torrey Pines Community Planning Board. I now apply that experience in accounting, finance, and development as a real estate agent, making clean transactions that maximize the value to my clients. Starting in 2004 as part of an established team at Prudential California, I learned from the best. Then, as an individual agent, I was recruited by Windermere, and later, PS Platinum, where I can now can offer my clients the benefits of the best marketing technology available. I'm certified in negotiation skills to help my clients obtain better results in the sale or purchase of their home. I can uncover hidden opportunities, help clients understand their options, work collaboratively with others, and resolve deadlocks.
