As a native and long-time resident of the Inland Empire, I know exactly what makes the area and its individual neighborhoods so special. Whether it's to zero-in on the perfect property or identify just the right buyer, my 16+ years of industry experience put you at a distinct advantage. My passion for real estate also means that you don't have to take on exhaustive research (that's my job). My first priorities are your short- and long-term interests. So, throughout the entire process, I do everything possible to keep you informed and comfortable even if things get sticky. I'm well-versed at utilizing all of today's latest tools to get results. And when it comes to closing, I employ strong but fair negotiation tactics to maximize profits and preserve savings.
As a licensed realtor since 2006, I've succeeded through both good and bad economies. I've been a consistent Top Producer within the company since 2015. Prior to entering the Real Estate space, I worked for 15 years in finance and marketingexperience that's extremely valuable to my job today. I served as Partner in a financial firm from 2004 to 2012 where I regularly facilitated real estate loans for company clients. I also have experience as a notary, tax planner, estate planner, certified senior advisor, insurance representative and certified distressed property expert. I welcome the chance to work with buyers and sellers at all levels and from all walks of lifefirst-timers, veterans, individuals and investors alike. When I'm not working, I enjoy cooking, traveling, staying fit and spoiling my three dogs. I also remain involved in several charities and fundraising events. And I take opportunities to mentor others whenever possible.
