Leonel Ceballos of Realty Executives All Cities in Lakewood, California helps buyers and sellers throughout Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside Counties reach their real estate goals. Leonel is a veteran real estate professional with more than two decades of industry experience, who keeps compassion, understanding, professionalism, and service at the heart of all that he does.
I've always liked helping people, helping families, and providing a service that changes lives and encourages the creation of wealth. I was a team leader with another brand and when I was recruiting a top producing agent, she told me she had been thinking about buying a Realty Executives franchise. She asked me to help her look into it. Almost immediately, I became an owner of Realty Executives in Cypress and then expanded into Lakewood in 2014, Leonel explains.
With each client or family, Leonel works with, he strives to first understand what they want to do and why. Then he goes to work assembling the appropriate team that will meet their needs.
Most of my friends now once were customers that I met either on a call or at an open house. What sets me apart is that I am very in tune with what the customer wants, and I use the very latest in technology to stay in touch. I follow-up from the time of closing two years beyond, in order to stay relevant in their lives and their families, Leonel says.
In addition to taking a strong interest in the lives of his clients, Leonel is active in the real estate industry on a local level.
I serve by voicing my opinion on matters that will affect homeownership or homeowners, period. I attend REALTOR events to educate myself on the latest changes in the law, says Leonel, who also belongs to NAHREP, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
In addition to his work in real estate, Leonel serves as a treasurer for East Los Angeles Classic Theatre, an organization focused on providing education in the form of the arts. Every 4th of July, he helps feed over 3,000 veterans at Long Beach VA hospital, an outreach program that relies entirely on volunteers to accomplish its mission.
