Aaron Phillips is a real estate agent and the son of golf course architect, Kyle Phillips. Following the completion of the Granite Bay Golf Course in 1994, Aaron moved from the Bay Area to the Residence at Granite Bay Golf Club in 1997.
Growing up in Granite Bay while taking the bus to Cavitt Jr. High, Aaron developed an appreciation for real estate in the neighborhood and the community's surrounding. Going on to graduate from Granite Bay High in 2003, Aaron has lived throughout Placer and Sacramento County, including Rocklin, Loomis, Folsom, and East Sacramento.
Working throughout Asia and Europe, with a background in manufacturing and product development, Aaron understands how to communicate with diverse groups of people from different cultures, finding commonalities and ensuring deadlines are met. Aaron has gone on to work in tech and Ag-Software. Along with contractors, executing net-zero energy home strategies in California. In any industry, proactive thinking and communication are the core factors in meeting everyones needs and having a successful transaction.
