Helping guide my clients through one of the biggest moves one can make in life is a career that I am passionate about. I have represented buyers and sellers for over a decade on a wide variety of properties such as single family homes, condos, luxury estates, investment properties, manufactured homes, vacant land and more. I am originally from the Washington D.C. metro area. When I became a licensed Realtor in Virginia thanks to the recommendation of a family friend/Rockstar agent, I knew I was on to something because I made Rookie of the Year. When I relocated to Santa Barbara later and became licensed in CA, I teamed up with an uber successful agent to get my bearings and ended up where I am now, at Berkshire Hathaway, the largest and most successful brokerage in town. I am proud to say that after "paying my local real estate dues" I have established myself as a knowledgeable, trustworthy and respected local agent. At Berkshire Hathaway I have maintained award levels annually and most notably the Chairman's Circle Platinum and Gold categories in 2021 and 2020, given only to the top 1% and 2% of all BHHS agents nationwide. In 2022, 2021 and 2018 thanks to my past clients I was nominated along with only a handful of other local Realtors for the Santa Barbara Independent's Best Of Poll for Best Local Real Estate Agent. In 2021 I served on the Santa Barbara Association of Realtor's Board of Directors in 2021.

I live on the Eastside of Santa Barbara with my husband Jason, 4 year old daughter Josie, baby daughter Jayda and one crazy cat. We love improving on our old cozy California cottage and also upgrading the outdoor spaces. I am a big fan of sitting by our outdoor fire with a glass of wine and pizza. We love the Eastside because we are so close to East Beach, the Funk Zone (more wine!), the Santa Barbara Bowl for concerts and awesome tacos on Milpas Street.
Jason and I are both originally from Northern Virginia but he and I consider ourselves to be SB locals now - myself having been here for over a decade and Jason almost two decades. At this point I know of almost every street in this town or have driven on it at least once! My friends in the Santa Barbara area call me to ask for recommendations for the best dinner, brunch, cocktail, massage, winery in the Santa Ynez Valley, local campsite, beach sunset and more as knowing our town from Carp to Goleta in-and-out is super important to me. We also love exploring other nearby areas such as the Central Coast, the desert and the snowy mountains.
