Lindekugel & Associates is a family team that has been serving the Inland Empire since 1989.
Shelly Lindekugel is a dynamic sales person with a diverse background in the real estate industry in the Inland Empire since 1989. Specializing in residential sales & listings in the Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Shelly has worked for several major companies including Tarbell Realtors, Coldwell Banker and Prudential California Realty over the last 24 years. In addition to selling Real Estate for all of these companies, she also managed for each of these companies. The highpoint of my management career was when I managed a mega office in Moreno Valley for Prudential with more than 130 people. I was also the Regional Sales Manager for the Inland Empire for Prudential at that time. In 2004, I was named Prudential California Realty Manager of the Year. In 2012, Shelly stepped down from a management position with Coldwell Banker to pursue real estate sales once more. I just love working with sellers an buyers. Its very fulfilling to help people with their real estate transactions. I am firmly committed to communication, honesty and the concept of true representation of and with my clients. Real estate sales is my lifes work. Ive worked hard to get the reputation I have today. Its a labor of love and sometimes sweat. I cant imagine doing anything else. Shelly is a US Air Force Veteran.

Jim Lindekugel earned his real estate license in 2012 after a 35 year career with the Department of Defense. Jim is also a US Air Force veteran. When Jim retired from the DOD at the ripe old age of 57, he suggested he get his real estate license so that he could help me out in my Real Estate business. At first, I was hesitant, but we work very well together. Jim keeps me focused and on tract. Hes very analytical and insightful, says Shelly. Jim was a quick study and wears many hats in their day to day operations. He lists properties for sale, works with buyers, shows property, meets appraisers, attends home inspections, and coordinates the teams marketing. Jim and Shelly met in the Air Force and were married in 1981.

Danny Lindekugel earned his real estate license in 2008. He worked mostly as a buyers agent during the time where the values were falling monthly. Danny also assisted an area broker with his REO (Bank Repo) accounts. This included determining values for bank owned properties, overseeing the process of getting the properties ready for market and working through the sales process. In 2010 Danny went to work for one of nations largest appraisal management companies. During his tenure with Landmark Network, he managed his own department and played a key role in company growth. His contributions helped the company earn the Inc. 5000 award after just two years with the company. In 2012 , Shelly convinced Danny to join the team in the family business. Danny brings his expertise with social media and technological insight to our business. He has become a full service realtor with a well rounded portfolio of experience that many, more mature realtors would love to have.
