Khamsy Bowles was raised in Siskiyou county where her family first settled in Montague. As a child she moved to Yreka where she graduated High School. After High School she went on to travel the states and overseas. It wasnt until she met her husband that she came back to Siskiyou County. Her and her husband now live in an old family ranch where they raise their three children who were adopted locally from the foster care system. She is a proud member of the Weed Rotary Club and enjoys volunteering her time helping others. She traveled to Texas after Hurricane Harvey to volunteer in the shelters and has helped in gathering supplies for the victims of other disasters such as the Bay area fires. She also enjoys doing construction, Traveling, coaching her childrens sports teams and going to games. Khamsy first discovered she wanted to get into real estate after purchasing her first income property in 2012, she then went on and became a licensed salesperson in 2013. She continues to buy income properties and rehab properties in south Siskiyou County. She prides herself on treating her clients with kindness, honesty and integrity. Her favorite part about being in Real Estate is the joy you see in your clients face when you hand them keys to their new home, just knowing that you got to help and be a part of such an important process in someones life is very fulfilling.
