I have lived in Redondo Beach as a homeowner since 1980, and I love doing business anywhere in the South Bay - the Beach Cities, Torrance, and the Palos Verdes Peninsula. However, working with foreclosures in the past and currently with investors, many projects have taken me quite a bit further from home! I find the 'fix and flip' business to be interesting, and when a home is taken from 'fixer' status to 'newly remodeled' it's a great accomplishment.
Helping sellers gives me a chance to use my marketing skills, and working with buyers gives me the opportunity to search for a house that they can call home. Both types of sales are exciting to say the least!
My new office in south Redondo Beach - just a few blocks from the pier - has a parking lot, free parking in front, and is fully accessible and ADA compliant. I think you'll find doing business here a real pleasure!
