Born and raised in Southern California, Walter has an innate knowledge of the LA and Orange County markets while coming from a family with a rich background in real estate. He launched his real estate career at 19 years old while successfully negotiating and closing on over 6 million dollars while he was still a full time college student. Walter earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in marketing at Whittier College. When hes not working on behalf of his clients, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, and watching the lakers.
