These strategies make Josh one of the best agents in the industry. Previously, he worked as the lead agent/sales manager for one of the top teams in all of San Diego County. During that time he managed, closed, and oversaw 400 transactions in the local real estate market.
He consistently ranks in the top 1 percent of real estate agents nationwide. Despite all the challenges in the real estate market in 2020, Josh successfully helped more than 50 families buy, sell, and invest in real estate.
Josh has been living in San Diego since 2004 and working in real estate since 2009. He loves dating his wife Michelle, enjoying all the twists and turns of raising two boys, and playing ice hockey a few times a week. The Pono's believe in giving back to the community they love by helping plan, organize, manage, and fund local community events.
