Kori Smith continues the legacy of her Grandfather, Karl Baumann, by continuing to be on the forefront of Mariposa County Development and Real Estate. As a leader of her company, Concierge Real Estate Services, she continues to bring together the best team of agents and investors to buy and sell incredible properties in this, the county where she and her family have called home since 1979.
While Kori took on the family real estate challenge by becoming an agent 21 years ago she has quickly climbed the ladder of success through working with the right clients, developing trust and helping her clients find the right professionals to get their homes ready for sale or move in ready. She has been a top producing agent since 2006 over 10 years with sale volumes of approximately 10 Million last year alone - 35 transactions.
Kori is a staple in Mariposa County and has lead many non-profit endeavors. She was the President of the Mariposa County Board of Realtors in 2010 and served on the board of directors from 2008-2012. She has come to aid of the community when our school system had financial difficulty. She is a founding member and current board member of Sierra Foothill Charter School, which they established out of necessity in 2011. This Elementary School has provided forward thinking education and place-based education in the Yosemite Region - and is a huge benefit to this amazing community.
Most importantly, Kori is a strong, honest and caring human. While widowed at a very early age, she has raised their amazing son to be an asset to the community and future leader. She loves spending time hiking and playing out doors on the family land with their Standard Poodle - Banjo, but she also has spent considerable effort to making sure that she and her son are well traveled with wonderful vacations spots around the globe and regularly visiting their favorite Museums in Washington DC and New York.
