My speciality is working with residential property on the San Mateo County Coastside and the Peninsula. Our company has an office in San Mateo and La Honda. Whether you are a first time buyer, moving to a larger home or buying a second home/investment property you can depend on me for your real estate needs. I have 25+ years in the customer service arena. My clients benifit from these skills and thought process. I've been licensed by the California Bureau of Real Estate since 2001.
In addition, as well as earning my Realtor and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation, I have stayed active in continuing education classes. To best serve my clients in being up to date on regulations, laws, etc. I regularly attend real estate related classes, seminars, and conventions. In 2016 I studied and passed my Brokers test. So as of October 19th I'm a licensed Broker in California.
In other exciting news Intero was purchased by Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in 2014. This is exciting that Warren Buffets group chose to bring our company into their real estate group. We will continue to operate as Intero Real Estate Services. Our CEO Gino B. will be in charge of the Home Services Division for Berkshire Hathaway and Tom Tognoli founding partner has taken over day to day operations of Intero. This in Innovation meets Influence.

My wife Debbie and I have lived in Pescadero since 1995 I've been a resident on the Coastside since 1978. We are fortunate to live in one of only a handful of the town's original Victorian homes built in 1896. Debbie used her interior design skills to creatively refurbish the 100+ year old home and gardens.
I was born and raised in San Mateo County over the years I have lived in Daly City, Burlingame, Montara, Miramar, Pescadero and La Honda.
My interests outside of work include classic cars:1955 Chevy Belair 2 dr hdtp resto-mod, and a 1932 Ford pickup unrestored, and newly acquired 1952 Styleline Deluxe Chevy 4dr sedan, collectables, mountian biking (lots of great riding in the area!) I have raced twice in Downieville Downhill Classic, no record settings times but thanks for asking. Also snow boarding, home projects, and travel. Golfing in charity events, going to the beach with the dog. 2014 is hiking and photography year. Plans for a 9 day backpack trip in the Sierras. And more time behind the camera.
