Specializing in Southern Marin, Chelsea demonstrated her enthusiasm for buying and selling homes in Marin by entering into her first escrow in just her second week as a real estate agent. She pays careful attention to the market and previews all homes on Brokers tour in Marin so she always knows what is on the market, and which homes might be right for her clients.

Prior to earning her Realtor's license, Chelsea built a successful career in the publishing industry in New York City, where she worked directly with authors in selling their books to publishers. The experience gave invaluable insight and skills that she applies as a real estate agent. She is a savvy negotiator, adept at securing the best terms for her clients, and works tirelessly to close a deal. Chelsea also prides herself on relating to her clients on a personal level and enjoys building lasting relationships. Having purchased and financed her own home in Marin, she understands how important it is to guide her clients in a very competitive environment, and through the sometimes confusing and emotional process of buying a home.

She is thrilled to call Marin home and is acutely aware of how special our corner of the world is. Chelsea lives with her husband and dog in Mill Valley, where she enjoys trail running, surfing, reading, gardening, and hosting dinner parties for her friends.

Chelsea specializes in mill valley, sausalito, tiburon, corte madera, larkspur, greenbrae, kentfield, ross, san anselmo, buyers, first time buyers and buyers agent transactions.
