Deborah Donner grew up in the rolling hills overlooking the San Francisco Bay Area. She garnered her business sense from her father and mother and obtained her Real Estate Broker's License at a young age. While still in her 20's, she moved to Lake Tahoe to enjoy the mountain lifestyle and the beauty of the area. After achieving success in a high producing and fast paced real estate office in the Tahoe area, Debbie decided to branch out on her own. With determination, integrity, and hard work, she set up shop in a prestigious neighborhood and over the next 6 years, built a reputation for excellence. In 1986, the desire to raise her daughter in an equally pristine environment, complimented by the charm of a small community, brought Debbie to the Coastal Mountains. It was there that she married the love of her life, Marvin Hinshaw. Together, they bring valuable experience and teamwork to selling land and homes."For nearly 30 years, Marvin and I have lived in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The land is romantic and full of promise. Our power comes from the sun and thus we have no bills or brown outs. Our water is pumped directly from our own well. Our paradise is at the end of a 3-mile, 4-wheel-drive road. We enjoy the sound of the wind blowing through the trees and the multitude of birds and wildlife. There are no curtains on the windows and we love the smell of the air."

Deborah specializes in local specialist, buildable land, off grid properties and raw land transactions.
