Christophe is a Realtor in the East Bay since 2009. He is, as well, a green designer/builder, producing CAD architectural drawings from small renovation projects up to entire homes. In 2010 he received the Best Sustainable Design award from the city of Piedmont for an eco-friendly home he designed. His multiple skills and knowledge of a whole house environment and excellent negotiating abilities are an advantage to his clients.
Christophe was born and educated in Poitiers, a medieval college town situated in western France. He earned his Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering & in Business Administration, both from the University of Poitiers. While living in Europe, Christophe managed industrial projects in the water treatment field and created his own design company.
Upon his relocation to California in 2000, Christophe has been focusing on environmentally conscious residential projects by means of helping his clients design, build, and furnish their homes. Joining Abio Properties in 2024, Christophe brings his experience, insight, and expertise to achieve and surpass clients highest expectations. He also naturally proffers tremendous help to French and other Europeans relocating anywhere in the Bay Area. At the heart of his work ethic is his clients best interest, and he believes that, as a skilled negotiator, he offers the knowledge and honesty to succeed in any real estate project.
