Helping clients successfully navigate through one of the most consequential transactions is my passion. I place great emphasis on addressing clients goals and concerns and strive to exceed expectations. This has been my approach since I was a practicing attorney in New York and San Francisco before moving into real estate in 1998.
Using skills developed as a practicing attorney, I effectively serve my clients during tough negotiations and the analysis and preparation of transaction documents. My strong work ethic, professional integrity and meticulous attention to detail are the hallmarks of my outstanding reputation in the industry and among my clients.
As a full time Real Estate Professional, Broker and longtime local Bay Area resident, my clients benefit from my in depth knowledge of the ever changing real estate trends and deep firsthand knowledge of Silicon Valley and the Peninsula.
Another of my strengths is the evaluation of properties, highlighting the pros and cons, allowing clients to make better-informed decisions.
I am very active in the market and have a thorough understanding of both sides benefitting buyers and sellers. Having grown up in the area, I attended local schools, lived in many of our neighborhoods, and now have children attending our highly acclaimed public schools. I also managed a local real estate office, and through experience been exposed to a broad range of properties and circumstances.
