As a Central Coast native, Ashley grew up in Atascadero and graduated from Atascadero High School in 2001. After high school, Ashley moved to San Diego to pursue her Marketing Degree at San Diego State University. Ten years later, the Central Coast was calling, and Ashley moved back to San Luis Obispo county to be closer to her family and friends. Her appreciation for her hometown grew immensely as she became, once again, immersed in all the Central Coast has to offer.

Ashley continued her passion for Marketing, working in the software and renewable energy spaces as a Marketing Manager. From running marketing campaigns to relationship building, Ashleys knowledge and experience is well-rounded and extensive.

Next to working and enjoying all the perks of the Central Coast, Ashley met her now husband, Keith, truly making the move home meant-to-be. Ashley now has a stepson and a young daughter, as well as two French bulldogs and two cats!

With a heart and house full, Ashley decided to embark on a new chapter and shift career gears from working for a corporation to working for herself. Ashley was looking for a more fulfilling career, one in which she could tap into her local roots and passion for people, while complimenting her new role as a mother.

After many nights brainstorming with her husband and family, Ashley and her mother, Trudy, decided to become REALTORS . Working under Academe Real Estate and Property Management as TALK Realty Team, Ashley and Trudy love being able to help people sell their homes or buy new homes, as it is something that truly sparks pure joy in both of them. Having gone through the process themselves, they know how emotional the decision can be, which is why they are there to support their clients, and their families, throughout the process.

Between them, Ashley and Trudy have over 48 years on the Central Coast. They know the ins and outs of the area, as well as almost everyone that lives here! You can guarantee Ashley and Trudy will represent you with the utmost care.
