Laura is a licensed real estate professional, licensed since 2003. She started her career under the tutelage of Oliver (Ollie) Speraw, the first franchise broker-owner of Century 21. After working with Ollie for four years as a real estate salesperson, Laura obtained her brokers license and started her own brokerage, Bassett Real Estate Group. Over the course of her 18 year career in real estate, she has sold several homes in the San Diego area representing both buyers and sellers in the residential market. She has extensive experience with traditional sales as well as trust, probate, short sales and foreclosures. Besides residential sales, Laura and her husband also run a property management division in her company. They currently manage 12 residential properties in the North San Diego County area. They have also helped their clients with estate sales when needed.
Laura earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California in 1989.
Laura was born and raised in Oceanside, California and currently lives and works there with her husband Taylor whom she married in 1993. They have six grown children.
Laura specializes in investment, residential, seniors and trust sales transactions.
