Niki and Dionne each bring unique experiences and background to the Team. Niki, with her husband Harry, started in the real estate business in the early 1960s by purchasing apartment buildings, residential rentals, and vacation
condominiums on the south coast of England. Their daughter, Dionne, brings her understanding of diverse cultures and languages; with a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic and Latin American Studies and retaining a fluency in Spanish. After relocating from England and settling in the beautiful Conejo Valley, in 1987, we established a three member real estate team (Harry retired in 2003). Not only can we share responsibilities and take advantage of our unique personal strengths to the greater benefit of our clients, but because we are a family, we have a deeper desire than most individuals to see each other succeed.
Because so many of our friends have become clients and vice versa, our
business and social lives are intricately intertwined . Therefore, it is not only imperative to us that we always deliver the highest level of ethical and honest service, but we desire to do whatever it takes to ensure that our friends and
