Experienced in short sales and bank owned properties, I also provide assistance in selling and purchasing distressed properties. I have provided my real estate services in purchasing properties from local and national banks as well as Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. (Freddie Mac) and Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae).
I specialize in residential real estate and provide services in my hometown, Downey and surrounding neighborhoods including, Cerritos, Cypress, Rossmoor, La Palma, La Mirada, Torrance, as well as North Orange County areas of Fullerton, Brea, Tustin, Irvine, and others. Whether my clients are seeking homes in the same neighborhood or relocating to different communities, I provide assistance to all real estate needs of her clients.
