I was raised in Paradise and worked for nearly 30 years as a Letter Carrier in Chico. In 2014 I was fortunate to be able to retire from the Postal Service and move into my career as a Realtor. It has been a dream come true! Ive always loved Real Estate. I love looking at houses and talking about houses and property, and now I get to help others with their Real Estate needs. Mail delivery in Chico really gave me an intimate knowledge of the different neighborhoods and businesses around town. I also lived in Orland for 16 years with my wife and Real Estate partner, so I know my way around there as well. Even more importantly, I know my way around the contracts and other seemingly confusing paperwork and procedures that go along with any Real Estate transaction. Whether buying or selling, I will help you to navigate through it all, start to finish.
In our spare time, my wife Tracey and I enjoy spending time with our granddaughter, and we enjoy walks with our two little dogs, though we often find ourselves talking about homes and Real Estate even then. We also love road trips to the coast, and the Redwoods in particular.
