Kims countless successes come in part from the skills she developed during the time she spent in international transportation and corporate banking. When she started her career in real estate in 2002, her training as a compensation consultant, as well as her expertise in writing and interpreting multinational contracts, made her an expert at market pricing and negotiations. Today, Kim ranks in the top 1% for sales in the East Bay and has a business composed solely of repeat clients and their referrals. Her real estate expertise has been sought by outlets such as Wall Street Business Network and KDOW 1220 AM.

Kims sense of purpose and her desire to be the arbiter of her own hard work are what drew her to the real estate industry. Before founding Anthology Real Estate in 2022, she had been a top producer at several prominent national and regional brokerages. Kim has extensive knowledge of the industrys best practices, processes, and systems, all of which she leverages for her clients.

Kim prides herself on being a different kind of real estate agent one that finds immense joy in helping her clients fulfill their dreams. She loves showing clients how trust, advocacy, and great customer service make all the difference. Her mission is to become a part of her clients professional team as their lifelong real estate advisor.

Kim is intimately familiar with the East Bay as a second-generation Northern Californian and an East Bay native. She graduated from Campolindo High School in Moraga, earned her bachelors degree in French at U.C. Berkeley, and received her Global Executive MBA from St. Marys College. During her MBA program, Kim traveled throughout South America and Southeast Asia, and while in Indonesia, she worked with an NGO to help at-risk children stay in school. Her community outreach and robust local network are deeply appreciated by her clients.

When she isnt helping her clients get the maximum ROI possible, Kim is helping out with Super Stars Literacy, a local nonprofit she co-founded that helps K-2 grade students in underserved communities learn to read and write at grade level. Super Stars Literacy recently merged with a larger nonprofit, Safe Passages, where she serves as a board member. In her free time, Kim loves traveling with her husband, Jim, and spending time with extended family.
