Maria Isabel Cubillo Wangenheim enjoys living in the Trona area, and is delighted to be turning her knowledge of this hidden gem toward real estate. Originally from the Los Angeles area, she and her family moved to Kern county in 2019 in search of a more affordable cost of living. With God's help, Maria Isabel's husband found a house at a great price and the family moved to Trona in 2021. The small town offers the family tranquility and natural beauty, great for taking a neighborhood or desert walk with the family. Maria Isabel has a passion for storytelling, and she pursued a Bachelor's in Journalism with a minor and certificate in Spanish from Cal State Long Beach graduating in 2019. As a native Spanish speaker since childhood, she is looking forward to serving clients in both English and Spanish. Maria Isabel's top goal is to let as many people know about the great prices of homes in Trona, Ridgecrest, Inyokern, California City, Lake Isabella, Onyx, Kernville, Rosamond, Bodfish, and the surrounding areas.
Maria Isabel has two young kids and has been happily married since 2018. As her two young kids grew more independent, she delved into earning her real estate salesperson license, and she has been licensed since mid-January of this year.
