Zoritha started her real estate career in 1990 and has been in the real estate field for over 30 years. She is also featured as a Life Member of Whos Who in America. She was named the 2012 REALTIST of the Year by the Sacramento Realtist Association.
Zoritha has been a REO Broker for over 28 years, with a staff that can handle REO process from cradle to grave. She is also well versed with alternative liquidations strategies such as the Auction process, DIL, etc. Having received her Certified HUD Counselor certification, she is very knowledgeable with loss mitigation strategies such as modifications, short sales etc.
She is a member in good standing with the NRBA, REOMAC, NAREB, AREAA,WINDS.
