Beginning his real estate profession in 2005, Chris A. Sabido is one of the most trusted names in Bay Area real estate. Though he was born in the Philippines, Chris moved to California at a young age and has called many of the Bay Areas neighborhoods home, from Menlo Park to Burlingame, San Bruno to Millbrae, Foster City to San Mateo. Youd be hard-pressed to find someone more knowledgable (not to mention passionate) about the area, and theres nothing Chris loves more than introducing people to its beautiful weather, top-notch school system, eclectic architecture, and tight-knit community.
Chris began developing his work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit at a young age, as he spent his preteen years delivering newspapers and working at his familys ice cream shop (not to mention claiming the title of top candy bar salesman in the fifth grade). He worked numerous retail and service jobs throughout high school, striving for excellence regardless of his position and even becoming the number 1 salesperson at several of them despite his young age.
Chris love for real estate spans back into his youth. After school, he would drive around for hours appreciating different neighborhood characteristics. After graduating with a BA in business administration and on the Deans List from DeVry University, Chris decided to pursue his childhood dream of becoming a Realtor and entered the industry in 2005. He sold his first home just two and a half weeks after obtaining his real estate license, going on to sell nine homes in five weeks that same year and winning the prestigious Rookie of the Year Award. Since then, he has gone on to earn numerous accolades including the International Society of Excellence, International President's Elite Award, Emerald Elite Award, Platinum Award, Masters Award, and Gold Performance Award, along with being named to the Presidents Circle and within the Top 1 Percent of Realtors Worldwide.

His family also enjoys traveling and exploring the Bay Areas rich culinary scene.
