Mick and Julie Perez are award winning Realtors based in Palmdale, California. Both Mick and Julie followed circuitous paths to the upper echelons in the real estate industry. As Mick tells it, he was working in an entirely different industry when his cousin, also a Realtor, convinced him to make the change in 2003. "I was a music teacher for twenty years. I was also a musician and I recorded albums that went out worldwide. The part of my teaching that I love most was working with people, and I wanted to go into a field where I could continue helping people realize their dreams.
Julie meanwhile was working with Fidelity National Title Company in the Southern California regional accounting dept. when
she saw her husbands success, she decided to join him in March of 2004. "Already, working in the real estate field, I could see the real estate market changing. It was an exciting opportunity to help people build dreams and allowed me as a working mother to spend more quality time working with my husband and the flexibility to work from home to be with our children."
In their 17-years as Realtors, they have successfully helped hundreds of buyers and sellers accomplish their real estate goals en route to being named the Top Listing
