After working in the real estate field for over 18 years, it was time to establish Truckee Realty Broker, Inc. A boutique brokerage that opened doors in 2008 as an owner/broker operated real estate office. A meticulous approach toward meeting the goals and expectations of clients has earned me the reputation as the one that gets the job done.
As a North Lake Tahoe ~ Truckee resident, I take pride in being conscientious with meeting the goals and expectations of clients. Since moving to Truckee in 2002, the last eleven years as a real estate specialist, has proven incredibly rewarding. The locals of Truckee are extraordinary, the scenic Sierra surroundings are inspiring and the proximity to Mother Natures outdoor experiences is simply spectacular.
It gives me great pleasure to give back to my community by bringing high levels of service, knowledge and integrity to my real estate profession and to my community.
Non-Profit works include; Crisis Hotline volunteer, Victim service coordinator with the Advocates for the Survivors of Domestic Violence, Guardian ad litem (GAL) for children in family court, Tahoe Forest Hospice Bereavement and Renees place volunteer.
Accreditation; Las Vegas VoTech- Management Accountant Certification, Intervention certification from Boise, Idaho Psychological Association, State of California (DRE) Department of Real Estate Brokers license.(NAR)~ National Association of Realtors Real estate designations include: Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Generational Housing Specialist (GHS), E-Pro the Designation of Technology from N.A.R., Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR).
