About Teresa Dietrich, SFR, HAFA Specialist, CDPE Broker, Realtor /Consultant:I have been a full time, licensed, professional Realtor since 1996.During that time I have not only worked in the industry as a conventional realtor, I have also been a branch manager for ERA Cornerstone, I have trained and mentored, recruited and written PR for myself, my company and the Nevada County Association of Realtors.I have completed training in mediation and received my mediation certificate from CAR in association with Pepperdine University.I am a certified SFR Realtor and a HAFA specialist.I am a Past President of the Nevada County Association of Realtors, I am Chair of The Legislative Affairs Committee, an LCRC Trustee, Serve as NCAOR LIaison Board Member of the local ERC, on the Membership, and the executive committee. I am Currently a committee member of C.A.R.'s Legislative Affairs Committee and the Subdivision Development Issues Chair for the Land Use and Environmental Committee at C.A.R. I participate in Association of Realtors community service projects such as Habitat for Humanity Builds & Hospitality House Community Shelter Fundraising Events. In 2001 I was named Realtor Associate of the Year for Nevada County Association of Realtors.I have been a consistently high producing agent for most of my career in real estate including being named top overall producer for ERA Cornerstone in 2005 and ranking in the top 10% for the nation for ERA.During my career I have worked with developers to complete entire subdivisions from bare dirt to finished homes, I have worked with many builders to procure lots, build homes and sell finished product; I have sold ranches, ag and equestrian properties, land, business opportunities, commercial property, negotiated commercial leases, sold Bulk reo tapes and worked hand in hand with lenders and home buyers including first time home buyers utilizing special programs from VA to rural grants. In a normal market, on average, I frequently carry between 10 to 25 listings at any given time and two to twelve escrows at a time as well.I am knowledgeable about 1031 exchanges, investment properties, have consulted in insurance cases utilizing forensic BPO skills.I have a successful track record in negotiating short sales and mortgage modifications and REO transactions.I also work as a consultant in areas of business development, and am freelance writer and marketing consultant.I have life experience in Agriculture; Business; Art; Business management; Construction and More.I have been an active supporter and member of many organizations including Nevada County Horsemen, INC., Penn Valley Rodeo Association and 4-H clubs in Santa Cruz, Mariposa and Nevada Counties. I am a former 4-H leader.. I have sponsored District 3 High School Rodeo, rodeo queens for state & local rodeos; Charitable considerations also to American Cancer Society and Hospice, Animal Save, Sammie's Friends, numerous horse rescues and other animal & youth related causes.I currently live with my family on a small farm property with horses, goats, chickens and pets. We love to garden - growing food and enjoying our animals is a passion for us along with East Coast Swing Dancing and community service.
