Anne Fashauer grew up on Greenwood Ridge near the Mendocino Coast and has lived in the region for most of her life. Her family came to the area around 1905 from Germany by way of St. Louis and Los Angeles before settling on Greenwood Ridge. Anne attended schools in Elk and Mendocino but participated in 4-H in Boonville. Anne left the ridge to attend the University of San Francisco and lived in San Francisco for a number of years, working for a time in the Presidio when it was still an Army post, before coming back home. When she first returned she was employed by Taylor Roberts, the Philo design firm, and was with them for seven and a half years, beginning as an assistant to the president, and working her way up to design operations manager. After leaving Taylor Roberts she began her real estate career on the coast with Century 21, where she took advantage of the great agent education system and learned the ropes. She decided to focus on Anderson Valley real estate full-time in September of 2010 and went to work for North Country. In 2014 she took the classes for her Broker's license and in March of 2015, she took, and passed, her Broker's license exam. In October of 2015, she purchased the North Country Real Estate Brokerage from Michael Shapiro.

Anne specializes in residential sales, land sales, vineyard properties and timber properties transactions.
