We are a mother/daughter team working on the central coast as Relocation Specialists. We have lived in the 5 Cities since 1997 and are ambitious to be the local, tech savvy team-to-meet online. San Luis Obispo county has earned its moniker as "SLO" county as it's a slow paced, enjoyable beach community that isn't too worried about the latest trends or highest tech, yet welcomes the high tech market with open arms.
Margie has been in the real estate services business in the 5 Cities and San Luis Obispo real estate markets for many successful years and will be here for many more. She has been a member of the Arroyo Grande Rotary Club since 1998 and served as president 2014-2015. She volunteers her time often and to many organizations with special focus on environmental, animal and children's education and health concern. Alycia has volunteered her time along with her mom for as long as she can remember and worked to start a Rotary based college group while studying abroad in Florence, Italy.
Alycia grew up in the 5 Cities and graduated from Arroyo Grande High School with honors for service to the theater department, freshman orientation "Link Crew," and student government. She received her Bachelors degree at CSU Monterey Bay, and attended one year of study abroad in Italy. After living in San Diego for 3 years she has returned to the Central Coast to help other young professionals move into the burgeoning area she knows so well.
As a full service Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Oceano, Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, Avila Beach, Nipomo and San Luis Obispo real estate team, we work with buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions spanning all of the price ranges and property types.
