Having an extensive background in the custom residential building industry, Lorisa brings invaluable experience and knowledge to her clients with keen understanding in the areas of construction management, finance, and marketing. Since 2007, Lorisas primary focus has been residential real estate where she has represented both buyers and sellers in their home sales encompassing new construction, resale and relocations.

Lorisa attended Santa Barbara City College along with Northlake College in Texas, studying business and real estate. She currently resides in Sacramento County with her husband & children. She enjoys golfing, wine tasting, reading, vacationing at the beach, and spending time with her family.
