As a newly-licensed agent in 2002, I joined the team of United Country World Real Estate in Redding, California, rapidly receiving recognition as the office's top producer and reaching multi-million dollar sales status my second year. In 2006 I obtained my broker's license and a few months later, purchased the office to become the broker/owner in January of 2007. Changes to the business model brought the agency to "virtual" status (no brick-and-mortar building presence) and in 2013, a break from the franchise to be an independent brokerage with a new name, Shasta Country Real Estate. Along with the three agents working under my brokerage, I specialize in mostly-rural homes and land in the Shasta County area. The varied geographical terrain in our area lets me work with ranch and farm properties, peaceful mountain escapes and tree-studded suburban areas, as well as homes in town. The natural beauty found all around us is my inspiration for helping like-minded people seeking a lifestyle to match their love for the abundant spaces in the north state.Dedication and commitment to service aren't just a goal in my business efforts; they are the basis of my core values.
