After enlisting in the Navy, Issac Cardona was stationed in San Diego -- the city he's called home ever after El Paso, TX. As a real estate agent and investor, he's been able to utilize the strong values learned in the Navy with his clients.
"I decided to get into real estate while serving my last few months in the Navy. The freedom of entrepreneurship sounded appealing. While driving, I heard a commercial on the radio about real estate investing." Issac attended the seminar, and although he couldn't afford the program, he persevered. He'd go on to earn his bachelor's degree in business management and obtain his real estate license. Nine months later he started a real estate investment company and has now positioned himself as a top local resource for real estate sales.
With the expertise and experience of being an investor, Issac brings a unique perspective to the table. "Every property I flip is purchased with my own capital. I'm a homeowner for all the projects I have and the experience I have evaluating property values is huge." When he's not working in real estate, Issac can be found surfing, volunteering, and traveling.
