Homeowners looking to sell, typically interview potential realtors, prior to signing on as a client. This is understandable and as such, I have become accustomed to the many questions and concerns homeowners have when preparing to list or purchase a property. The most common question Im asked, is Why should I hire you? When I first began navigating in the world of real estate, I wasnt so sure that I knew the answer. After 12 years of dedication, experience, Bachelors degree in Finance, and success in both real estate and finance, there is no uncertainty, and I am confident in why you should hire me to be your agent!

The most crucial aspect of my job is listening. I listen to seek understanding of what my client cares about, not only in the real estate process, but in me, as their agent. I genuinely hear my clients needs and feelings. While the goal is of course selling/ buying, I dont allow market pressures to compromise what is most important to my clients.

Im adept at adjusting to any situation. I understand that while some may have attachments to properties, and hesitations, I am also equipped to support my clients that are more aggressive and look to jump through multiple investment properties. Im an extremely strong negotiator, with one end game, which is to get my clients the best possible terms on their contracts. I do what it takes to make this happen, including utilizing professional camera crews, staging, and of course taking full advantage of technology. I have had great success in determining which properties should be listed on which virtual platforms and/ or social media outlets to best promote the property and gain exposure and interest across multiple channels.

I take the time to really learn about the markets in which I am working, not just the current inventory and neighborhoods. I also take the time to learn about what makes each community unique. I research the surrounding schools, outdoor activities, community centers, services, events, and more. Whether representing the buyer or seller, I gage and value the importance of knowing all the details. I think of my own family and the questions I would have and have had when purchasing and selling homes. I take every step to ensure that I can give my clients the answers they need to make the right decision for them, and their families.

I have a wide network of associates in both the real estate and finance fields. I earned my degree in finance and started in the banking industry twenty years ago. When I took the leap over to real estate, I knew my background in finance would be an asset, and it has proven so, particularly when helping clients assess where they need to be financially to pursue a particular real estate endeavor. Everyone has different areas of specialty and I have nurtured relationships with professional real estate stagers, professional real estate photographers, other agents, marketing specialists, and lenders. With having built such a robust network of professional contacts, I have access to a range of information, resources, and referrals.

Real estate is not only a career for me, but also my passion. I understand the market, and its exciting to follow and be a part of the market trends and movement! I ensure that I have a comprehensive grasp and appreciation of the areas I do business, the demographics, and what really matters to buyers and sellers.

I am highly motivated, dedicated and pride myself on being a transparent, direct, and honest agent. I dont give up, and I dont accept failure. I am constantly seeking new ideas, connections, resources, and continued learning and growing, as the real estate industry is ever-changing and evolving.
