MY BIG WHY I AM IN REAL ESTATE
Years ago, while I was traveling overseas, I lost my home to a fire that was caused by an electrical malfunction. I lost everything. The biggest and most painful loss was that of my 11-year-old West Highland Terrier named Tiffany who perished in the fire. Staring at my home and possessions in a pile of ashes I was faced with a choice to either retreat or pick myself back up and rebuild and rebuild I did. With only one suitcase in my hand I moved into my new home and through the process of re-building my home and my life, I learned all about construction basics, educated myself on home design and found a love for staging homes to maximize home values.

I am devoted to my Real Estate career to help clients with professionalism, thoroughness and creativity. Its all about service for my clients. I live for seeing my clients smile on their faces, when we have successfully sold or purchased a home and I hand over the keys to their new home!

Interior Design includes virtual staging, de-cluttering; outdoor landscaping for the best curb appeal. What sets Christine apart, is that her expertise and consulting in transforming an ordinary cluttered house into a beautifully staged homes is FREE of CHARGE. Many of the buyers can see themselves living there, which result in multiple offers, which in turn results in higher sales price to the seller.

VALUE PROPOSITION OF CHRISTINE ISO

1) I provide free staging advice and, depending on the home, provide my own staging material to maximize the homes appeal to buyers. I also provide free virtual staging to enhance an empty room to give potential buyers a sense of how the various spaces could function.
2) I provide a sellers home warranty during the sale to help protect the seller if any of the appliances break down during the sale.
3) I provide the schedules of all inspections and various due dates for the escrow so all the documentations are provided in a timely manner.
4) I am very personable and very attentive to others needs and predict possible problems ahead of time to make sure the transaction goes smoothly.
5) I am constantly lead generating on the phone so I am aware of the buyers in the area and can direct them immediately to new listings.
6) I attend the neighborhood caravan on a regular basis so I am aware of what is on the market and help price the property in accordance with the current market value.
7) I door-knock monthly to the neighbors, providing the Just Listed and Just Sold properties, and I invite the neighbors to the open houses so they can help bring in any good buyers they are aware of.
8) I have investors whom I do regular business with so I can alert them to the new listings immediately or prior to listings for many are all cash buyers.

TECHNOLOGIES
1) I send out monthly newsletters via email and mail, promoting the new listings and the market statistics to educate my past clients, farm area and open house attendees. Also announcing to all buyers and sellers the market trends and interest rate.
2) On Social Media, I actively promote the sales and listings along with helpful hints to my circle of friends and past clients as well as on my professional website to the public.
3) I E-blast to 350 websites on various internet sites promoting the new listings.
4) Keller Williams has a network of 900 offices throughout US and International branch offices so the listings will be exposed to buyers locally, out of state, as well as International.
