As a California native, seasoned real estate professional, a Designated First Time Home Buyer Specialist, Designated Accredited Buyer's Representative, and Designated Seller Representative Specialist, and a Women's Council of Realtors Secretary for Delta Network and Secretary Elect for the 2021 and Director Elect for Delta Association of Realtors 2021, I recognize and value the trust my clients have in me in making their real estate goals come true. My business is based on more than 80% referrals from satisfied, repeat clients and first time home buyers. I have sold homes in all price ranges from starter homes to high-dollar estate properties to uptown condominiums, ranch properties, and investment properties. My clients appreciate my flexibility, low pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and hear what they want, negotiation and analytical skills, my ability to accurately price and market a home, and keeping in touch with them during the process of buying and selling their home and after. My goal is to always go above and beyond expectations and become the only life long Realtor for all my clients, their family and friends. We all have a reason and a purpose. My why for Real Estate is my family. I am the eldest of 5 and have 3 significantly younger siblings that I take care of proudly. Tamir; who is 19 and now is a Junior and a student resident at SFSU, Maia; who is 17 and now a senior at Heritage High, and Sophie; who is 13 and is now in 8th grade at Adams Middle.
I want to make an impact and difference, so with every sale I make a donation of 500 Dollars Each will go to the Contra Costa Animal Shelter, our local Children's Miracle Network in Oakland's Children's Hospital, and to the Susan G.
