Cindy brings a wealth of experience to Coldwell Banker. A graduate of Stanford University, Cindy also received her MPH and MBA from UC Berkeley. With an extensive background in financial consulting, Cindys business acumen and negotiating skills will come in handy for her clients. As an owner of several multi-family residential income properties in Sacramento over the years, Cindy also has plenty of experience in property management.
Cindy and her husband Mike moved here over 25 years ago from San Francisco. Cindy has always been involved in her local community. She received the prestigious Orchid Award for developing the popular East Sac Childrens Park on the corner of Folsom Blvd. and 42nd Street. Formerly a vacant lot surrounded by a chain link fence, Cindy negotiated with East Lawn Cemetery to donate the property to the City of Sacramento Parks and Recreation, and the rest is history! She is also a former President of the Friends of David Lubin School and was instrumental in starting the annual Spring Garden Tour that funds the Teachers Assistant Program and Arts Program.
Cindy was recently honored with the East Sacramento Chamber of Commerce Volunteer of the Year Award for 2018 for her work in chairing the rebuild effort for the East Lawn Childrens Park for adding all new equipment, tables and benches.
Cindy also achieved Masters Club for 2019 for the Sacramento Association of Realtors.
