David Pinkhams vision of excellent, personalized service and impeccable ethics has led him to become one of the most respected real estate professionals in Los Angeles.

Originally from Albuquerque New Mexico, Davids career in L.A. began at the legendary Hotel Bel Air. Working in management in the hospitality industry at this 5 Star landmark property gave him access to a wide variety of wealthy clientele and an understanding of the importance that high-wealth individuals place on discretion, expertise and personalized service. Many of these individuals have continued as loyal real estate clients because of their trust in Davids ethics and impeccable service.

Transitioning to a career in real estate, he built a loyal clientele as an Estates Director with Coldwell Banker in Beverly Hills. He then left to oversee the real estate office of Saad Properties which ultimately led him to founding Pinkham Estates Realty in Bel Air.
