Chris has been licensed to sell real estate since 2003, but has been in training since before he was born. As a child Chris was driven all over town, from appointment to appointment while his mom, Gerri Cragnotti, built her successful real estate career. Decades later, after graduating with honors from Chapman University with a BFA in Film/TV Production and spending 6 years at the The Walt Disney Studios he finally accepted the programming, the groundwork that had been laid all those years ago, and joined the ranks at G&C Properties.
Chris consistently ranks among the top agents in north Glendale by sales and volume and has been voted Best Real Estate Agent by the readers of the Glendale News-Press in 2017, 2018 and 2019. He also proudly serves on the City of Glendale's Historic Preservation Commission and formerly as the Treasurer of the Glendale Association of REALTORS.
