I have been involved in real estate and property management including vacation rentals since 2003. I am active in sales and specialize in investment properties. Since I have extensive experience in property management I can find you the ideal property which will attract tenants and inform you in detail what your monthly profit or loss from any investment property would be. As your seller's or buyer's agent you can expect the highest level of professionalism and courtesy. I make my clients feel comfortable and at ease by explaining anything questioned in detail. Your property will be marketed with the latest tools and I will make sure your experience will be smooth from signing your first document all the way to the last.How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them? I will take inventory of my clients "must have" features of a property and try my best to match this information with each individual's budget and of course desired location. How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in? I do not believe that a buyer should ever overpay for a property. I will make sure the buyer's offer will be comparable to the desired neighborhood and assure you that you will be comfortable and satisfied with presenting a fair market price from your perspective and and the seller's, without missing out on the deal. What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling? I work with the latest marketing tools as in using social networks, e-mail marketing, cyber property listings and of course I will host some good old-fashioned open house events. How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price? I believe a property should not be for sale for an extended long period or the listing will go stale. If a property sits on the market too long it is obviously priced wrong. Either the comparison to the surrounding area was not a match or the features and details that each individual property offers were calculated incorrectly. In my understanding a property should be priced fairly to the seller and the buyer in order to create a smooth stress-free environment for both parties. I would price your property competitively to the current market, in comparison to the surrounding area including getting paid for all your upgrades and special features of your property and beyond. What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth? I would advise my clients to ask any questions they may have, as silly as it may be. I would ask my clients to be truthful and honest with me throughout the selling or buying experience as I will be with my clients. I would hope clients would take my expertise and advice into consideration and establish a level of trust between client and agent. A lot of stress during the process of either selling or buying a home can be circumvented by having a good line of communication at all times.
