In 2012 she earned her Real Estate License and currently specializes in residential real estate including manufactured mobile homes. She prides herself in excellent customer service, going above and beyond and maintaining her commitment and dedication to her clients. She makes her clients feel comfortable by breaking down and simplifying the sales process and through her experience and training has become a skilled negotiator. Raquel whole heartedly enjoy helping others achieve their homeownership dreams and goals. In addition she is proficient in Spanish and heavily involved in the Hispanic community as she was originally born in Nicaragua. She has lived in Hayward, CA for approximately 20 years.
Personally she enjoys creating memories with family including her husband and one year old son and volunteering and nurturing relationships with her community.
