Katie Simpson started gaining her real estate experience at a very young age; she grew up in Napa, California, and her mother has been a broker in the East Bay Area for most of her life. Katie feels a sense of purpose to help people through one of their biggest life decisions. She makes sure that each home transaction is an enriching and meaningful experience for her clients and loves the game of negotiating contracts to serve her clients best interests.

Throughout high school and college, Katie served as a part-time assistant and transaction coordinator for her mothers Napa brokerage. After graduating from California State University, Sacramento, Katie returned to her real estate roots with confidence in her industry knowledge and business background.

With the start of her real estate career in 2011, Katie hit the ground running to build a solid business plan that continues to serve her clients well today. Her clients come from all walks of life, and she serves investors, sellers looking to upsize or downsize, first-time buyers, the luxury home market, commercial properties, and residential income opportunities. A strong believer in hard work and honesty, Katie credits the trust her clients place in her to her straightforward and ethical manner.

Katie loves spending her free time with her son traveling and showing him new places, attending his sporting events, biking through their East Sacramento neighborhood, and going to the driving range together. She also regularly enjoys running and Sunday brunching with friends.
