My Real Estate Story
My interest in real estate started when I was 15. My best friend's dad was in the business and he would take us out and about with him while he was checking on his listings, eventually when we could drive he would delegate small tasks to us -- like having us put up signs. I liked that the environment was always changing, it was like each house was a new adventure. In my early real estate years he was my mentor, today we talk and share our professional experiences.
Duties to My Clients:
Clients value my extensive knowledge of Riverside and surrounding cities. As a listing agent for a seller, I work closely with sellers to help them get the maximum value for their property. This involves thoroughly researching their home and comparing it to the marketplace, sharing the findings of the research and comparison, taking attractive photographs, writing an appealing property description, etc. This all to attract a ready, willing, and able buyer.
As a selling agent for buyers, I help them find their dream home in the ideal neighborhood and then negotiate the best possible deal. It is my job to be aware of and match buyers to their desired home. Buying correctly requires intimate market knowledge to prepare and present a strong offer that will engage the seller.
Aside from helping everyday people in the ever changing market, I have been hired by financial institutions to provide Broker Price Opinions for their distressed/defaulted loans. I've also been hired by these financial institutions to list and sell their repossessed properties throughout the Inland Empire. This background and experience translates to being able to help you get the best value as a seller or buyer.
My Free Time:
Outside of real estate, youll likely find me outdoors because I am big on adventure. I enjoy long day hikes in our local mountains, photographing nature, running, etc.
