Mo is responsible for the Marketing, Finance, IT and overall Facilities Management of the office. Mo started his real estate career full-time in 1999 with his wife Farah and helped co-found the Castle View Realty. He quickly became a high producer and was instrumental in San Jose magazines recognition of the firms elite status.
Prior to real estate, Mo spent over 18 years in the Hi-Tech industry with Intel Corporation, Monolithic Memories, Inc. (MMI) & Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) where he held various management positions in operations, project management, engineering, facilities, manufacturing, and quality system development. He was also co-founder and VP of Operations & HR for Universal Planet, a software company that employed over 60 engineers and programmers in Campbell, CA.
In his spare time, Mo enjoys playing soccer and is an active supporter in local youth sports programs. He holds a BS in Information Technology (IT) from SJSU and a MBA from The UOP.
