As a measure of my success in Real Estate, , I have received the Award for Most Transactions & Highest Sales Volume in our HomeSmart Legends Fallbrook Office. My client base has expanded and today I serve clients from Orange, San Diego and Riverside Counties.
I'm very fortunate to have brought on board, Randy Cabral who is a strong agent in our Temecula HomeSmart Office as a team member so that clients' needs are quickly addressed.
Now for a little history -- In 1996, I became a Loan Officer and worked in that industry for the next nine years where I concentrated on refinancing and sub-prime loan products for homeowners. In the Spring of 2012 my dear friend Jean Batson from HomeSmart in Phoenix, AZ suggested a career in Real Estate. With a background as a decorator and loan officer, Jean pointed out how valuable this knowledge could be for real estate clients.
