The journey that led me to a career in Real Estate has been an amazing ride. I understand commitment, I appreciate the emotional attachment and the importance of every Real Estate transaction. Purchasing a home is for most people the largest purchase and biggest financial decision they will make. I keep this in mind when I'm dealing with my clients and it fuels me to work as hard as possible to make my clients experience as rewarding and stress free as possible. Prior to becoming a Realtor. I purchased and sold my personal residences. Every showing, every counter offer was incredibly stressful. I get it!!! I've been in your shoes!
My prior business experience and education laid the foundation for my Real Estate career. I have owned multiple successful businesses. I was a founding member of a Silicon Valley Start-up company, a regional manager for a major printing firm, and graduated from St Mary's College with a degree in management.
As President of West Coast Realty and Investments I gained experience in many facets of real estate. Single Family, Multi family, Land acquisition for development, subdivisions, foreclosures, auction transactions and commercial businesses. This broad based real estate knowledge accumulation coupled with my business experience gives me a leg up on the competition and helps prepare me to do the best job possible for my clients. Whether it's negotiating a sale, helping land owners enhance the value of their property by working through the entitlement process, or finding a first time home buyer the perfect home. I bring a passion, an understanding and a base of knowledge to each and every transaction. I am fully vested and dedicated to doing the best job for my clients.
