Marie moved to Santa Rosa with her parents when she was 3 months old. Her father, Jon McBride, a retired general contractor, and her mother Florence McBride, the owner of McBride Realty, raised Marie and her two brothers in beautiful Sonoma County, where the extended family all still live raising their own families. Marie is married and has three daughters of her own.
While working in her career as a paralegal, Marie obtained her real estate license in 1993 at the urging of her mother, so they could work side-by-side, and Marie could one day guide the business into the future. Marie has been selling properties in Oakmont ever since, and has enjoyed the many wonderful people she has met along the way that have chosen to make Oakmont in Sonoma County's Wine Country their home.
