As a Realtor I have been representing buyers and sellers throughout Alameda and Contra Costa Counties since 1979.I began my real estate career in 1979, obtaining my Brokers license in 1988. I am a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), am ePRO certified and also CDPE certified (Certified Distress Property Expert). I specialize in residential real estate including single family homes, condominiums, town homes and Rossmoor properties. I am a strong negotiator, am familiar with the 1031 exchanges, bank owned properties, distress properties and love first time buyers.
