This country club and cabin lot subdivision was named Marrland. Currently a handful of the original cabin lots still remain privately owned and a few were subdivided into the surrounding acreage. All utilities are available and roadway access to each of the cabin lots is guaranteed and has been exclusively reserved to the cabin lot owners.
